I’m fascinated by writing in different forms—novels, short stories, comic books, poetry, and songs. Over the years, I’ve written a few songs, confident about the lyrics but less so about the music, and not at all about my singing. (Yikes!)
Access to Suno‘s band in a box inspired me to set a few of my old songs to music, and even write news ones—part experiment, part creative exercise.
The results are eclectic: punk rock for my poetry, blues about my cat’s vet visits, bardic tunes for a D&D campaign, and even a lullaby. These songs weren’t designed for perfection or mastery but to see what’s possible when you bridge words with melody. They’re as more about process than product, so I hope you’ll enjoy exploring them as much as I enjoyed creating them.
I’m writing more using poetry, dreams, role playing games and everything else as inspiration. I expect I’ll add them here as I get the chance.
