I am working on a new comic book series called Duke Barkin, Suncoast Transporter, about a mostly basset hound hero (in his own mind) who drives for The Man. The first episode is called Hot Houndette, and I am celebrating the drafting of one whole page, 7 panels!
If you want to check it out, I have posted a PDF.
This comic book is being written for charity, to benefit Suncoast Basset Rescue.
Hmm. I think I might create a website for this project, where I can post progress and perhaps try to find a comic artist.
Love it! Love it! Love it!!
Thanks for the PDF link.
My word ver is "YaerCors." Maybe that's the kind of beer Duke prefers . . .
Wow,
How cool! And I think it is very smart that the faces of humans are only permitted by a distant fadeout. Duke needs to own the page, and with me, even without illustration, he does.
I really admire the breadth of your writing skills. I have probably said it before , but I can't help it. I am anally retentively changing sentences on the same story that has sat on my desk for now almost 2 years !
P.S – please explain this whole word verification thing for me, I don't get it.
Susan
Suze–Well, mine is "snesses," right now! But I can't "guesses" what that might mean!!
